Our service continues after the products are sold. All our products (gifts excluded) are guaranteed up to 1 year from the date of original purchase on invoice.

Warranty Policy

For damaged products under proper installation and usage, repair will be done free of charge within the guarantee period in accordance with the regulations set in the guarantee certificate. If required, spare parts could be shipped to customers so that the repair could be done in their local professional maintenance center. The depreciation of products, outer covering, and battery exhaustion are not within the warranty scope. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse, Acts of God, negligence, mis-application, faulty installation, improper or unauthorized maintenance, installation or use in violation of product manuals, instructions, or warnings. Under no circumstance shall Car-GpsDVD.com be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, losses, or expenses to include, but not limited to, loss of product, loss of profits, litigation fees, or the use, or inability to use, our product for any purpose whatsoever.

Products will not be warranted in the following situations´╝Ü

A. The product has been found to be defective after the warranty period has expired.
B. The product has been subjected to misuse, abuse, or unauthorized repair, whether by accident or other cause. Such conditions will be determined by Car-GpsDVD.com at its sole and unfettered discretion.
C. The product has been updated, reworked, or improperly tested by the customer, or by a third party at the request of the customer.
D. The product is damaged due to the unstable voltage caused by battery charger.
E. Any damage caused by improper usage of battery, such as mixed use of wasted, poor-quality battery and new battery. (Battery leakage might erode the circuit board)
F. The product is damaged due to water invasion or because it is improperly placed in moist location.
G. The customer is not able to present order number or purchase verification and we could not verify the customer information.
